Actor Divyenndu has been having a pretty eventful year so far. His Telugu debut, Peddi, co-starring Ram Charan, hit theatres in June, and while the film received much criticism from reviewers and audiences, it proved a commercial success at the box office. Months later, he can be seen in Mirzapur: The Movie, where he reprises his iconic role as Munna Tripathi from the popular web series. He also starred in the Netflix series Glory, the performance in which earned him much appreciation. Meanwhile, Divyenndu also completed 15 years in the film industry.
Reflecting on his journey, he stated, “I feel quite blessed, lucky, and fortunate that in all these years of working in the film industry, I've always had the chance to be a part of different stories and play different characters. What I have always done with utmost sincerity is play the character to the best of my ability. The fifteenth year is definitely proving to be a really lucky year. Two theatrical hits, and Glory on OTT. I guess the patience has paid off. It shows that if you believe in yourself, the right opportunities come. You just have to keep going."
Divyenndu also thanked his fans and well wishers for their support over the years. "I am very happy and I feel fortunate that my audiences and my fans have always appreciated my efforts. So, thanks to all of them. It's not just me, it's their love and support that has carried me through all these years."
In his 15-year-long career, Divyenndu has taken on projects that tapped into different aspects of his talents as an actor, moving across genres and characters. Besides Mirzapur and its cinematic adaptation, Peddi, and Glory, he is known for his roles in Pyaar Ka Punchnama, Chashme Baddoor, and Madgaon Express.
