Ahead of the premiere of the comedy-drama series, The Pyramid Scheme, actor Alfia Jafry, one of its stars, shared a note on making her debut with The Viral Fever (TVF), the banner backing the series. The actor also shared some pictures with the founder of TVF, Arunabh Kumar, on her Instagram handle.

"Still feels strange saying this out loud, but my first acting project is with The Viral Fever. I grew up watching their stories, like so many of us did, and always admired how their writing and storytelling connected so effortlessly across audiences and generations. So getting to start my acting journey with one of the most loved and premium studios in India is honestly the kind of beginning every actor would dream of, and it feels incredibly special. The best part is that this just the first of many collaborations I’m about to have with TVF," wrote Alfia, in the caption of the post.

She added, "While stepping into something so new, there were nerves, awkwardness, excitement… all of it. But I’m really thankful to Arunabh Kumar for having my back and being my guiding light before stepping in front of the camera, I would’ve been lost and confused without Arunabh sir, through all highs and lows you were there! Thank you."

Alfia concluded the note by writing, "A lot of learning, a lot of firsts, and a lot of memories attached to this one. A special thank you to Vijay Koshy for the faith and encouragement throughout this journey. And working with Shreyansh Pandey and Ashish R Shukla has been such a wonderful experience and a huge learning for me. Do watch The Pyramid Scheme releasing on June 5th.”

Apart from Alfia the cast of The Pyramid Scheme includes Paramvir Singh Cheema, Ranvir Shorey, Shekhar Suman, Aanjjan Srivastav, Alfia Jafry, and Ashish Raghava, among others.

Ashish R Shukla and Shreyansh Pandey serve as directors on The Pyramid Scheme which is set to premiere on Prime Video on June 5.
