Parvez Kazi, who has worked as the body double for Salman Khan in many prominent films, reportedly faced a health scare recently as he underwent a series of tests, followed by a minor heart surgery. Salman has now stepped forward to support Parvez in every manner possible.

According to a recent Times of India report, Salman made sure that his body double associate received the right kind of medical support and care during his recovery period.  According to Parvez’ manager, Salman was ‘right there’ with them throughout, personally ensuring that everything related to Parverz's medical care was duly taken care of. “Salman sir treats Parvez sir like a younger brother,” he added.

Meanwhile, it also remains to be seen whether Parvez’s health condition will have any impact on the shoot schedule of upcoming Salman Khan films, including the reportedly-titled Monster, the much-anticipated pan-India project where Salman will be seen sharing screen with Nayanthara for the first time.  It was being reported that Salman had decided to shoot some of the action sequences without a body double. However, with Parvez progressing well with his recovery phase, the body-double artist is likely to return to the sets soon and resume work on the film.

Meanwhile, the Monster team too has reportedly made some minor changes to the schedule to ensure safety and precautionary measures for everyone on board. Directed by Vamshi Paidipally and produced by Dil Raju, Monster is being currently shot in Mumbai, with the makers having erected a massive village set for the action sequences.

Parvez has worked as Salman’s body double on films like Prem Ratan Dhan Payo (2015), Sultan (2016), Tiger Zinda Hai (2017), Race 3 (2018), Dabangg 3 (2019) and Baby John (2024).

On the other hand, Salman’s other upcoming projects include Maatrubhumi, previously titled Battle of Galwan, that is yet to get a new release date.
