Two new posters from Sanjay Mishra and Neena Gupta starrer Vadh 2 was unveiled by the makers on Tuesday. The film, a spiritual sequel to the 2022 movie of the same name, has been written and directed by Jaspal Singh Sandhu and produced by Luv Ranjan and Ankur Garg.

In the posters Sanjay is in a police uniform while Neena is in the plain attire of an inmate. “Sometimes What You See Isn't The Whole Truth!”

In an interesting coincidence, the new posters were unveiled on December 9, 2025, the same date the original Vadh released three years ago in 2022. Vadh told the story of a couple who commit a murder and then go to incredible lengths to hide the crime. Set in Gwalior, it follows Shambhunath Mishra (Sanjay), a retired school teacher who's bullied and harassed by a sleazy moneylender. Pushed too far, Shambhunath ends up knifing his tormentor, a crime no cop thinks he is capable of committing.

Vadh 2 recently premiered at the 56th International Film festival of India (IFFI) 2025. The film is slated to release on February 6 next year.
