Emraan Hashmi recently reacted to Tanushree Dutta’s statement about the chemistry the two shared in the film Aashiq Banaya Aapne (2005). The romantic thriller featured the two actors doing some intimate sequences. She had earlier said that the two had a ‘brotherly’ chemistry in the film.

In an interview with ScoopWhoop recently, Emraan reacted to her statement and said, “Did you hear Tanushree's quote three weeks ago? I don't know if it was a verbatim quote or what. She said that it was like ‘brotherly’. I said, ‘What did the director tell her and what did he tell me?’ I had another narrative going on my head and she had another narrative going in her head. I was never told the story about incest. I don't know what she was thinking but fine.”

The film was directed by Aditya Datt and was inspired by the American film Tangled. It also starred Sonu Sood in a pivotal role.

Emraan was last seen in the web series Showtime, directed by Mihir Desai and Archit Kumar. The second part of the show aired on Disney+ Hotstar recently.
