Ajay Devgn's Drishyam 2 trailer release plans out

The trailer of Ajay Devgn-starrer Drishyam 2 is set to be released tomorrow. The film, directed by Abhishek Pathak, is the sequel to Drishyam, which got released in 2015. It was a remake of the Malayalam original of the same name starring Mohanlal. The sequel is also a remake of the 2021-released Malayalam film Drishyam 2.

Drishyam 2 has Ajay Devgn returning as Vijay Salgaonkar. He is joined by Tabu, Shriya Saran, Ishita Dutta, Rajat Kapoor and franchise entrant Akshaye Khanna, who plays a cop. The sequel begins seven years after the events of the first film and tests Vijay's resolve to protect his family. While the film's story is by Jeethu Joseph, who made the original Malayalam film, the screenplay for the Hindi adaptation is by Abhishek Pathak and Aamil Keeyan Khan. The film is scheduled for release on November 18.

Apart from Drishyam 2, Ajay has multiple projects lined up for release, including Thank GodMaidaan and his directorial Bholaa.
