According to netizens, the audience who attended the test screening for Spider-Man: Brand New Day calls it the best-ever film in the broader franchise, which started way back in the early 2000s with director Sam Raimi's film.

There are also rumours about the film having the greatest-ever action sequence in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Sadie Sink's character being the best role in the film and one of the finest in the MCU, and so forth. Rumour has it that the audience who took part in the Spider-Man: Brand New Day test screening is split about the film's climax.
