Sylvester Stallone’s eldest daughter Sophia Stallone is engaged to her long-time boyfriend Michael Sheehan. The 30-year-old producer announced the news on Instagram on Friday, sharing a series of photographs from the proposal.
In the pictures, Sophia and Sheehan are seen embracing as they kneel amid candles and white roses, while another set of photographs captures the couple on a balcony. Sophia also offered a closer glimpse of her engagement ring in one of the pictures. “Forever with my best friend,” she wrote alongside the post.
The announcement drew congratulatory messages from Sophia’s younger sisters Sistine, 28, and Scarlet, 24. Sophia is the eldest of Stallone’s three daughters with entrepreneur Jennifer Flavin. The actor also has two sons, Seargeoh and the late Sage Stallone, from his previous marriage to Sasha Czack.
Sophia has previously been described as the daughter who shares the strongest resemblance to her father. In a 2012 interview with Paris Match, Flavin spoke about the close bond between the two, saying they “think alike and even have the same gestures.”
A graduate of the University of Southern California, Sophia completed her degree in fashion in 2019. She later co-hosted the Unwaxed podcast with Sistine, with the show concluding earlier this year. She has also been involved in books and reading through her former Instagram-based digital book club, Favourite Book Club.
On the work front, Stallone recently reprised his role as Dwight Manfredi in the third season of Tulsa King, with the crime drama already renewed for a fourth season. Production on the upcoming season wrapped earlier this year, and the series is expected to return on Paramount+ in late 2026.
Meanwhile, I Play Rocky, which chronicles Stallone’s struggle to get the original Rocky made and to play its iconic protagonist, is set to hit theatres in November. Directed by Peter Farrelly, the film stars Anthony Ippolito as the young Stallone and will release in select theatres on November 13, followed by a wider release on November 20. In the pipeline, he also has Frisco King.
