Channing Tatum cleverly evades the law in Roofman's trailer

Roofman, which is directed by Derek Cianfrance also stars Kirsten Dunst, Peter Dinklage, and LaKeith Stanfield

Paramount has released the final trailer for their upcoming film Roofman. The film stars Channing Tatum and Kirsten Dunst in the lead.

Roofman is directed by Derek Cianfrance, who is known for directing Blue Valentine and The Place Beyond The Pines. He wrote the screenplay along with Kirt Gunn, adoptiing the story of fugitive, Jeffrey Manchester. Miramax is producing the film along with Paramount.

The rest of the cast of the film includes Ben Mendelsohn, Peter Dinklage, Uzo Aduba, LaKeith Stanfield, Juno Temple, Tony Revolori, and Jimmy O Yang, amongst others.

The story of the film is as follows, "Jeffrey Manchester (Channing Tatum), is a former Army Ranger and struggling father who turns to robbing McDonald’s restaurants by cutting holes in their roofs, earning him the nickname: Roofman. After escaping prison, he secretly lives inside a Toys “R” Us store for six months, surviving undetected while planning his next move. But when he falls for Leigh (Kirsten Dunst), a divorced mom drawn to his undeniable charm, his double life begins to unravel, setting off a compelling and suspenseful game of cat and mouse as his past closes in."
