Prime Video unveiled the trailer for their upcoming crime drama series, Countdown, on Wednesday. Starring Jensen Ackles in the lead role, the series is all set to premiere on the streamer on June 25.
The trailer of Countdown shows Ackles as detective Mark Meachum, who is connected along with a task force of undercover officers from various organisations after a Homeland Security officer is killed in plain sight. How the group of officers uncovers the conspiracy seems to form the crux of the series.
Created by Derek Haas, Countdown also stars Jessica Camacho, Eric Dane, Violett Beane, Uli Latukefu, and Elliot Knight. While the first three episodes will premiere on June 25, a new episode will release on every forthcoming Wednesday, with the 13th and final episode scheduled for September 3.
