Jared Padalecki and Misha Collins join the final season of The Boys

The final season of The Boys has added Jared Padalecki and Misha Collins to the cast as guest stars. They will be reuniting with Jensen Ackles, who plays Soldier Boy in the series, after their work together in Supernatural. The roles they will be playing in the upcoming season are yet to be disclosed.

Other Supernatural alums who star in The Boys include Jim Beaver, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, and Rob Benedict. The actors play the roles of Robert Singer, Joe Kessler, and Splinter, respectively.

Ackles and Padalecki worked together in 15 seasons of the CW sci-fi drama from 2005 till the series finale in 2020. Collins, on the other hand, worked on 12 seasons of Supernatural.

Karl Urban, Jack Quaid, Laz Alonso, Tomer Capone, Karen Fukuhara, Antony Starr, Erin Moriarty, Dominique McElligott, Jessie T. Usher, Nathan Mitchell, Chace Crawford, Colby Minifie, Claudia Doumit, and Giancarlo Esposito star in The Boys. The fifth and final season of the series is currently in production.

With the success of The Boys, several spin-offs are also developed, with some already released. These include The Boys Presents: Diabolical, which concluded, and Gen V, which released its first season. The Boys: Mexico is an upcoming spin-off that is produced by Diego Luna and Gael Garcia Bernal. Jensen Ackles and Aya Cash are set to reprise their roles as Soldier Boy and Stormfront in Vought Rising, an origin story of Vought, set in the 1950s.
