Scott Adkins, known for his role in John Wick: Chapter 4, has joined the cast of Joe Carnahan's upcoming Netflix film, RIP. The story centres around a team of Miami police officers whose trust unravels after they discover millions in cash hidden in an abandoned stash house. As word of the discovery spreads, the team's loyalties are tested, and they begin to question who they can trust.

Produced by Artists Equity, the film is headlined by Matt Damon and Ben Affleck and also stars Sasha Calle, Teyana Taylor, Catalina Sandino Moreno, and Nestor Carbonell. Adkins will portray the brother of Affleck’s character. Carnahan, who is also the screenwriter, will be directing the project.

Artists Equity, co-founded by Affleck and Damon, is spearheading production with Luciana Damon and Dani Bernfeld, while Michael Joe and Kevin Halloran serve as executive producers.

Adkins' recent projects include Lionsgate’s Killer’s Game alongside Dave Bautista and the Netflix action-comedy Day Shift with Jamie Foxx. He also stars in Accident Man: Hitman’s Holiday. His film credits span across high-profile titles like Kathryn Bigelow’s Zero Dark Thirty, Disney/Marvel’s Doctor Strange, and Lionsgate’s The Expendables 2. Adkins’ casting in RIP has yet to be officially confirmed by Netflix.
