Final Destination: Bloodlines finds central cast

Earlier, we reported that Craig Perry announced the start of production for Final Destination: Bloodlines. In the latest development, New Line Cinema has established the main cast for the sixth film in the Final Destination franchise, according to a Deadline report. The cast includes Teo Briones, Brec Bassinger, Kaitlyn Santa Juana, Anna Lore, Richard Harmon, Owen Patrick Joyner, Max Lloyd-Jones, Tinpo Lee, and Rya Kihlstedt. No information about the film's plot is yet revealed, but its production is underway in Vancouver.

Adam B Stein and Zach Lipovsky are directing the film from a screenplay by Lori Evans Taylor and Guy Busick. Dianne McGunigle and Jon Watts are producing it along with longtime franchise veterans Sheila Hanahan Taylor and Craig Perry.

The franchise started with 2000's Final Destination, and each film in it revolves around a character who experiences the premonition of an imminent tragedy.

Final Destination 6 is slated for a 2025 release.
