The makers of The Rivals of Amziah King have announced the cast members of their film.

Accordingly, the actors set to join the cast are Kurt Russell, Cole Sprouse, Owen Teague, Scott Shepherd, Tony Revolori, Rob Morgan, Jake Horowitz, and Angelina Lookingglass.

Reports state that Lookingglass was cast to star opposite the film's lead, Matthew McConaughey, after a talent hunt worldwide.

The project, with the plot yet to be revealed, is said to be a character-based crime thriller set against a rural Oklahoma backdrop. This film will be writer-director Andrew Patterson's second feature, with his first one being The Vast of Night, which won the Slamdance Audience Award for Best Narrative Feature and Breakthrough Director at the Gotham Awards.

Black Bear's Teddy Schwarzman and Michael Heimler, along with Heyday's David Heyman, Will Greenfield, Jeffrey Clifford, and Andrew Patterson, have produced the film.
