Marvel Studios’ highly anticipated film The Fantastic Four: First Steps has reportedly concluded production in Oviedo, Spain. According to reports, the makers held a party in London, marking the end of filming, which commenced in July this year at Pinewood Studios in the city.

Directed by Matt Shakman, the film is based on a script by Josh Friedman, Eric Pearson, Jeff Kaplan, and Ian Springer. The star-studded cast includes Pascal as Reed Richards/Mr Fantastic, Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm/The Invisible Woman, Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm/The Human Torch, and Ebon Moss-Bachrach as Ben Grimm/The Thing.

According to the official synopsis, the film, set in a vibrant, retro-futuristic place, follows Marvel’s First Family as they confront their most formidable threat yet: a cosmic entity named Galactus (Ralph Ineson) and his mysterious Herald, Shalla-Bal/Silver Surfer (Julia Garner). As the Fantastic Four grapple with their newfound powers and familial bonds, they must unite to protect Earth from Galactus’s destructive intentions.

Produced by Kevin Feige, Grant Curtis, and Nick Pepin, The Fantastic Four: First Steps is scheduled to hit theaters on July 25, 2025.
