Halle Berry starrer Never Let Go gets a release date

Alexandre Aja’s next film Never Let Go has locked its release date, Lionsgate announced through a new title poster. The psychological thriller is slated for a September 27, 2024, release in theatres. The film's main cast comprises Halle Berry, Anthony B Jenkins, and Percy Daggs. It revolves around a woman (Berry) and her twins (Jenkins and Daggs), who confront a force of evil that has long been tormenting them. When one of her twin children questions the authenticity of the force, it cuts off their connection and contributes to their fight for existence.

Kevin Coughlin and Ryan Grassby are writing the screenplay of Never Let Go. Shawn Levy, Dan Levine, and Dan Cohen of 21 Laps are producing the film, alongside Aja. Berry, Emily Morris of 21 Laps, and Holly Jeter are executive producing it.

It was titled Mother Land at the time of its announcement last year. Aja is known for such titles as High Tension, Piranha 3D, Crawl, and The Hills Have Eyes.
