Here's the trailer of Prime Video's Gen V 

The series will premiere on Prime Video on September 29

Prime Video, previously announced a spin-off to its hit original Superhero series The Boys, titled Gen V. The streamer released the trailer of the spin-off series on Thursday. The series will premiere on Prime Video on September 29. 

While The Boys is based on an eponymous novel, Gen V is adapted from a comic book story arc from The Boys, titled We Gotta Go Now, by Garth Ennis and Darick Robertson. The trailer of Gen V shows young adult supes (superheroes) being enrolled in a school run by Vought International, to train them to manage their powers. However, these teenagers are tasked with some difficult challenges as a part of their learning process. 

Jaz Sinclair, Lizzie Broadway, Patrick Schwarzenegger, Marco Pigossi, Chance Perdomo, Jensen Ackles, and Maddie Phillips make up the cast of Gen V. Craig Rosenberg, Evan Goldberg, and Eric Kripke have developed Gen V.
