Theo Rossi, known for his performance in Sons of Anarchy, has joined the highly anticipated television series The Penguin. The series is based on the Batman supervillain. The role Rossi will be playing in the series is kept under wraps. 

Rossi will be joining a cast consisting of Clancy Brown, Michael Kelly, Shohreh Aghdashloo, and Cristin Milioti, along with Colin Farrell who will reprise his role as Penguin in the series. 

The upcoming eight-episode series is said to have Rossi play a key recurring role. The series is a continuation of the Matt Reeves film.  The Penguin will be produced by Matt Reeves. The series will begin production soon and is slated for release in 2024.

Along with Matt Reeves, The Penguin will be executive produced by Farrell, Dylan Clark and Lauren LeFranc. Craig Zobel will be directing the first three episodes of the series.
