Deepika Padukone to present an award at Oscars 2023

Deepika Padukone, who is basking in the success of Pathaan, is all set to script another achievement in her career. The 95th Academy Awards recently announced that the actor will be one of the award presenters at this year's ceremony. The elite list of presenters includes Riz Ahmed, Emily Blunt, Glenn Close, Jennifer Connelly, Ariana DeBose, Samuel L Jackson, Dwayne Johnson, Michael B Jordan, Melissa McCarthy, Zoe Saldana, Troy Kotsur, Jonathan Majors, Janelle Monae, QuestLove and Donnie Yen.

It may be noted that Jimmy Kimmel, a well-known American television host, comedian, writer, and producer, will return to host the Oscars this year. The ceremony will take place on March 12.

Leading the Indian brigade, Naatu Naatu from SS Rajamouli's RRR  is nominated to the Best Original Song category and the two documentaries, All That Breathes and The Elephant Whisperers made the nomination list under the Best Documentary Feature and Best Documentary Short, respectively.
