Hong Chau Joins the cast of The Instigators

Hong Chau secured a nomination at the 95 Academy Awards, in the best supporting actress category for her performance in Whale

Actor Hong Chau, best known for her role in Whale, has joined the cast of Apple TV's original film The Instigators. Actors Matt Damon and Casey Affleck also play prominent roles in the film.  

Directed by  Doug Liman, the film will be produced by Damon and Ben Affleck through their newly announced banner Artists Equity, Jeff Robinov, John Graham through Studio 8 and Kevin Walsh through his The Walsh Company. The script was penned by Chuck MacLean and was developed by Robinov, Graham and Casey Affleck.

Meanwhile, Hong Chau secured a nomination at the 95 Academy Awards in the best supporting actress category for her performance in Whale. Her other prominent feature credit includes Mark Mylod's directorial The Menu

The actor also has notable tv credits, including Poker Face, Watchmen, BoJack Horseman, and Big Little Lies.
