Michael B. Jordan's production company Outlier Society will be partnering with Mission: Impossible helmer and Oscar winner Christopher McQuarrie to produce a new action thriller titled Iron Curtain for Amazon Studios.

The screenplay of Iron Curtain hails from McQuarrie, which he penned back in 2003. However, McQuarrie, along with Band of Brothers fame Erik Jendresen, will be handling a rewrite of the original script.

Jordan, along with  Elizabeth Raposo, will produce the film for Outlier Society. Raposa has a long history with McQuarrie. She had previously worked at Paramount Pictures for nearly 15 years, and  Mission Impossible franchise has been distributed by Paramount Pictures. After  Raposo joined at the Outlier Society, she initiated the production of McQuarrie's long-delayed script.
