Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Shailene Woodley, and Richard Madden to star in Killer Heat

Upcoming thriller Killer Heat has added Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Shailene Woodley and Richard Madden to its cast. An Amazon Studios production, the film is based on Jo Nesbø's short story titled, The Jealosuy Man

Directed by Philippe Lacôte, Killer Heat is billed to be a thriller with a dark romance at its centre. While Roberto Bentivegna has penned the screenplay, Matt Charman has made revisions to it. The film's production is all set to begin in May in Crete, Greek. 

Twin brothers (portrayed by Madden) are the protagonists of Killer Heat. They get caught in a violent love triangle on Crete, a remote island in Greece. Known as 'The Jealousy Man', a damaged detective ic called onto the island to investigate. 

Killer Heat is produced by Makeready’s Brad Weston, with Nesbø, Gordon-Levitt, Tom Karnowski, and Makeready’s Collin Creighton executive producing. The makers are yet to announce the release date for the film.
