Mark Wahlberg will star opposite Kevin Hart in Netflix's upcoming comedy Me Time.

John Hamburg, who wrote Hart's Night School, will write and direct the picture.

Me Time follows a stay-at-home dad (Hart) who finds himself with some “me time” for the first time in years while his wife and kids are away. He reconnects with his former best friend (Wahlberg) for a wild weekend that nearly upends his life.

Director Hamburg will also produce the film through his Particular Pictures, along with Hart and Bryan Smiley for HartBeat Productions. Lauren Hennessey will executive produce the film alongside Mark Moran and Patricia Braga of HartBeat. Joe Gatta will also serve as an executive producer

Me Time is a part of HartBeat Production multi-year first-look film deal with Netflix. Netflix is the exclusive home for four feature films starring and produced by Hart.

Wahlberg previously starred in Netflix's action-comedy Spenser Confidential. The actor's Joe Bell recently hit theatres. He recently wrapped production on Stu, and has Uncharted and Arthur The King coming up.
