The teaser of Venu Udugula's sophomore film, Virata Parvam, starring Rana Daggubati and Sai Pallavi, has been unveiled by the makers. Based on true events from 1990, the teaser promises an intense love story set in a distressing political climate, where communist leaders are in a continual war with the system.

Virata Parvam, which has been shot by Mahanati-fame Dani Salo and Divakar Mani, also stars Priyamani, Nandita Das, Naveen Chandra, and Eeshwari Rao. The film is co-produced by Suresh Productions and SLV Cinemas.

Virata Parvam will hit the screens on April 30. 

Meanwhile, the film's female lead Sai Pallavi will also be seen in Love Story, which is scheduled for release on April 16.
