Vishnu Vishal has signed his next film with Kalavu-fame Murali Karthick. The film, bankrolled by the actor himself, under his banner Vishnu Vishal Studioz has been titled Mohandas

A few days ago the actor had sought the suggestion of people through Twitter, whether to make the announcement right away or wait till the coronavirus lockdown ends. As a majority of the people had asked him to release the first look right away, he had said that the title announcement teaser would be launched shortly.

Sharing the teaser today, he wrote:

Ironically, the film about a supposed serial killer-cum-sex maniac named Mohandas, starts with a quote by Mahathma Gandhi. Following that, we see a silhouette of a man sexually abusing a girl and killing her by hitting her with a hammer brutally. The focus then shifts to Gandhi's Three Monkeys statue. We also get to see a man washing his blood-stained clothes. This man is later revealed to be Vishnu Vishal's Mohandas. Though the teaser portrays him as a perpetrator/serial killer, there is a possibility of the film being a revenge thriller or a story of a man who got framed.

Mohandas has the same principal technical crew of Kalavu. The film has music by KS Sundaramurthy, cinematography by  Vignesh Rajagopalan, and editing by Kiripakaran Purushothaman.

There is no word about the rest of the film's cast.
