The trailer of the long-awaited Shahid Kapoor, Kiara Advani starrer Kabir Singh was released today. The Hindi remake of the Telugu film, Arjun Reddy, is helmed by Sandeep Vanga, who made the original film.  

The two-minute-forty-three-second trailer retains the essence of the  2017 Telugu film and packs the major highlights of it in the right proportion. Even, the name of the female lead and the iconic background score have been reused from the original. 

Kabir Singh will hit the screens on 21 June 2019. It can be noted the Tamil version of Arjun Reddy, titled Adithya Varma, is being made by Sandeep's assistant Gireesaaya, with Dhruv Vikram and Banita Sandhu in the lead.
