Anjaam Paathira trailer delivers the chills

CE Features

The trailer of Anjaam Paathira begins with a chilling conversation. A road dweller tells Kunchacko Boban, "Sleep well tonight, Caesar. You will be losing sleep soon. Those nights where no one else can work but only 'they' can, are coming. Your sleepless nights are coming..."

Soon, a badly mutilated corpse is discovered and criminologist Anwar Hussain (Kunchacko Boban) is brought in to investigate. The trailer's overall vibe has been compared to the recent Tamil hit Ratsasan. A serial killer drama, Anjaam Paathira is written and directed by Midhun Manuel Thomas.

Cinematographer Shyju Khalid (Ee. Ma. Yau) seems to have done the necessary work to create an atmosphere of dread. Unnimaya Prasad, Sreenath Bhasi, Sharafudheen, and Indrans also star. The film, which has music by Sushin Shyam and editing by Saiju Sreedharan, will hit theatres on January 10.
