On the occasion of Ugadi, Mahesh Babu dropped a surprise for all his fans with the teaser release of his next film, Maharshi. 

Last seen in Bharat Ane Nenu as a Chief Minister, Mahesh Babu here sports a business avatar and his character delivers a couple of punch dialogues in his imitable style before the screen fades to black and reveals that the film will be released on May 9.

The film, also starring Pooja Hegde and Allari Naresh, is written by Hari, Solomon and Vamshi Paidipally, with Vamshi also directing it.
