The trailer of Vijay Antony's Kaali seems to be crafted with the actor's success formula in mind. Several factors highlighted in the featurette, like mother sentiment, past life connection, and protagonist working as a doctor, are ones which have worked out very well in his previous ventures. 

The film is produced by Vijay Antony's home production Vijay Antony Film Corporation and the film is slated to be released on April 13.
