First-time actor Aniesh is getting a big boost ahead of his debut film, Itlu Arjuna, with Jr NTR coming forward to support the project by unveiling its trailer. The film has already received encouragement from Nagarjuna, who came forward to present it after watching and liking its content. Directed by debutant Mahesh Uppala, the film is produced by popular filmmaker Venky Kudumula under his What Next Entertainments banner. Anaswara Rajan plays the female lead opposite Aniesh.
After unveiling a few promotional assets, including songs and a teaser, the makers have now released the film's trailer. Jr NTR unveiled it and extended his best wishes to the debutant actor and the entire team. Sharing his wishes on X, he wrote, “@anieshforyou, your debut speaks without a single word and that takes real guts. Choosing a role like this for your very first film shows how much you believe in the story over everything else. Wishing you a wonderful start, brother. Best wishes to @MusicThaman #AnaswaraRajan @itsmaheshuppala @rajamahadhevan @VenkyKudumula and the entire team on their release on Nov 13th.”
The trailer hints at an intriguing blend of crime, romance and suspense. It opens with the police tracking down a thief and making elaborate arrangements to catch him. The investigation soon brings Arjun, a mute but exceptionally intelligent young man, into the picture. According to the locals, although he cannot speak, his intelligence sets him apart.
Arjun is deeply in love with Keerthi, and his feelings for her go beyond words. However, the couple soon find themselves caught in a dangerous situation, with both the police and a gang of goons on their trail. A mysterious pen drive and a staggering Rs 1,000-crore deal add to the intrigue, forming the crux of this suspenseful chase.
Director Mahesh Uppala appears to have blended several commercial elements, including romance, action, comedy and suspense, into a thriller-driven love story. Aniesh makes an impressive impression in his debut, particularly with the challenge of playing a mute character. Anaswara Rajan looks innocent and adorable, while her character also appears to have a strong emotional side.
Raja Mahadhevan is the cinematographer, while S Thaman has composed the music. With its intriguing premise, fresh lead pair, stylish action and suspenseful moments, the trailer has created curiosity around Itlu Arjuna, which is set to hit the screens on November 13.
