Big-budget films like KGF, Kantara and Salaar were not just box-office hits — they created a sensation nationwide. Produced by Hombale Films, these successes have firmly established the banner as one of India’s leading production houses. While the company has also been active in domestic distribution, it is now looking to expand its reach internationally.

Their first overseas venture will be Peddi, starring Ram Charan and Janhvi Kapoor. The film is among the most anticipated releases of 2026 and is said to be one of the highest-budget Telugu films to date. After redefining scale with films like KGF, Kantara and Salaar, Hombale Films is taking a significant step by entering international distribution with Peddi.

Over the years, the production house has built a strong reputation for delivering films that blend rooted storytelling with grand cinematic appeal. Their projects have consistently crossed language and regional barriers, earning a loyal audience not just in India, but across global markets.

With Peddi, Hombale Films aims to strengthen its international footprint, marking its first official overseas distribution venture. The move is already being seen as a major boost for the film’s global release.

Directed by Buchi Babu Sana, Peddi has generated strong buzz for its rugged, action-packed backdrop, striking visuals, and Ram Charan’s intense transformation. The film’s music is composed by Oscar-winning A.R. Rahman, adding further weight to the project. Peddi is slated for a grand worldwide theatrical release on June 4.

The banner also has an exciting slate ahead, including Salaar 2, a film with Hrithik Roshan, KGF 3, and several other projects in the pipeline.

By stepping into overseas distribution, Hombale Films is reinforcing its commitment to expanding the global footprint of Indian cinema, taking it closer to audiences around the world.
