Young actor Ashish is aiming for a strong comeback and has taken his time with DeThadi. He made his debut with Rowdy Boys and later appeared in Love Me. Ashish is the son of Shirish and nephew of noted producer Dil Raju, who are backing this project under the banner Sri Venkateswara Creations. The film also marks the directorial debut of Aditya Rao Gangasani.
Ashish’s last film Love Me released in May 2024, and he is now gearing up for DeThadi, a rustic, Hyderabad-based story rooted in local culture. The shoot has been progressing quietly, and the makers have now shared a key update.
They announced that the film’s first glimpse will be unveiled on March 24. To mark the occasion, the team released an intriguing poster featuring the protagonist mid fire-breathing, hinting at a glimpse packed with raw intensity and mass appeal.
Compared to his earlier films, Ashish appears in a completely new avatar, sporting a rugged look and adopting Hyderabadi slang to bring authenticity to the role. The music is composed by Junaid Kumar, while Prasanna Kumar Bezawada has penned the story and is also handling the screenplay, dialogues, and creative supervision.
