Actor Naga Chaitanya recently praised director Karthik Dandu for the way he conceptualized and wrote the story of Vrushakarma. Now, the makers have released a series of pictures revealing the actor’s physical transformation for the film.

Vrushakarma is a mythical project directed by Karthik Dandu, who earlier delivered Virupaksha. The film is being jointly produced by Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra and Sukumar Writings. The project is presented by Bapineedu B and produced by BVSN Prasad.

In one of the stills, Chaitanya is seen pushing his limits during a gruelling workout session, revealing a lean and chiselled physique built specifically for the role. The transformation reflects the discipline and hard work the actor invested to step into the world of Vrushakarma.

Another still captures him in a gritty, battle-worn look — bruised, intense, and ready for combat — hinting at the high-octane action and emotional depth the film promises. The rugged visuals suggest a character who undergoes extreme challenges, making this one of Chaitanya’s most intense on-screen avatars.

A glimpse into the film was recently released. It featured some intense visuals and the world of the film.

Meanwhile, the film’s theatrical business is progressing at a brisk pace. The Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and Karnataka theatrical rights have reportedly been sold for a whopping ₹45 crore and have been acquired by Sithara Entertainments.
