Riding high on the success of Thandel, Naga Chaitanya is stepping into a completely new zone with Vrushakarma, a grand mythical thriller directed by Karthik Dandu, who made a sensational debut with Virupaksha.

Mounted on a massive scale, Vrushakarma is jointly produced by Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra (SVCC) and Sukumar Writings, with Bapineedu presenting the project. Ever since the makers released two cryptic behind-the-scenes videos followed by the first-look poster, curiosity around the film has grown significantly.

Now, the team has officially announced that the film’s first glimpse will be unveiled on March 5, offering audiences a sneak peek into the mystical world of Vrushakarma. The latest poster features Naga Chaitanya standing inside a dark, rugged cave, illuminated by sharp shafts of light piercing through from above — hinting at the intense and mysterious tone of the film.

For this role, Naga Chaitanya has reportedly undergone a major physical transformation, adopting a raw and rugged appearance that aligns with the character’s demands. The actor is also said to be performing several high-octane stunt sequences, adding authenticity and thrill to the narrative.

Director Karthik Dandu, fully aware of the expectations following the success of Virupaksha, is said to be carefully crafting Vrushakarma to deliver a deeply immersive cinematic experience. The collaboration between Chaitanya and Dandu has already generated strong buzz in trade circles.

Meenakshi Chaudhary plays the female lead opposite Naga Chaitanya, while Sparsh Shrivastava, known for his performance in Laapataa Ladies, will be seen as the antagonist.
