Actor Sai Durgha Tej will be seen in the lead role in his upcoming film Sambarala Yetigattu, directed by Rohith KP. K Niranjan Reddy, of Hanuman fame, is producing the film. As part of the Sankranthi festival, the makers unveiled a striking new poster from this prestigious period action drama, fondly referred to as SYG.

This big-budget spectacle blends raw rustic roots with dark, intense mythic action. The latest reveal showcases Sai Durgha Tej in a never-before-seen village avatar. The poster presents the actor in an earthy, deeply rooted rural look. Dressed in a grey shirt and traditional panche kattu, Sai is seen walking barefoot through a village backdrop, gently guiding a majestic white bull. His thick beard, piercing eyes, and subtle smile perfectly capture a mix of toughness and warmth, adding depth to his transformation.

Sai Durgha Tej has visibly reshaped his physique and body language to portray a man closely connected to the soil and the conflicts brewing around him. He will be seen performing several fierce and physically demanding action sequences in the film.

Earlier, the makers released a glimpse video on the occasion of Sai Durgha Tej’s birthday a few months ago, which hinted at the film’s intense tone. The glimpse highlighted the dark mood, emotionally charged visuals, and mythic undercurrent of the narrative. While that video showcased the violent storm at the heart of Sai’s journey, the Sankranthi poster captures the calm before the chaos.

B Ajaneesh Loknath is composing the music, while Aishwarya Lekshmi plays the female lead. Jagapathi Babu, Sai Kumar, Srikanth, and Ananya Nagalla will be seen in key roles.
