It has been more than ten days since the release of Irumudi, starring Ravi Teja in the lead role and directed by Shiva Nirvana. The film opened in theatres to positive reviews from critics and audiences. According to data from the box office tracker Sacnilk, it has earned more than 170 crore from theatres worldwide. Even on Sunday, the tenth day of its release, the film earned more than 15 crore from theatres in India, reveals the tracker.

As the film continues its successful run at the box office, actor Pradeep Ranganathan commended the film and congratulated the makers on its success. Taking to X, Pradeep wrote, "Irumudi - Too Good . The message the movie conveys is essential. Congrats to the whole crew and cast." The actor tagged in his post the film's director Shiva Nirvana, lead star Ravi Teja, composer GV Prakash, and production banner Mythri Movie Makers.

In their responses to Pradeep Ranganathan's appreciation, filmmaker Shiva Nirvana and composer GV Prakash expressed their gratitude. It is worth noting that Mythri Movie Makers backed Pradeep's superhit film Dude, directed by Keerthiswaran and co-starring Mamitha Baiju and Sarathkumar, among others.

In our review, Suresh Kavirayani wrote, "Director Shiva Nirvana has looked at Ravi Teja from a completely different perspective and created Irumudi around that image. Audiences are familiar with Ravi Teja as a mass hero, known for his unique dialogue delivery, body language and mannerisms. But in Irumudi, Shiva makes him simply deliver a strong performance without relying on his regular mannerisms, mass dialogues, action or commercial songs. Instead, Shiva presents him as a family man who loves his wife and daughter. The father-daughter bond is one of the biggest highlights of the film."

Besides Ravi Teja, the film stars Priya Bhavani Shankar, Sai Kumar, Baby Nakshatra, Ajay Ghosh, Meesala Lakshman, and Swasika.
