On the occasion of Rakhi, or Raksha Bandhan, the makers of Bhogi unveiled a special poster from the film. Sharwanand is playing the lead role, with Sampath Nandi directing the project. KK Radhamohan is producing the film under his Satya Sai Arts banner. Bhogi is an action drama, and the makers are planning to release it in multiple languages.

In the special poster, Sharwanand is seen sitting with his sisters against a village backdrop. The poster hints that the film has a strong rural setting, family atmosphere and a focus on the bonds between family members. It is also apt for Raksha Bandhan as it beautifully reflects the bond between a brother and his sisters.

The shooting of the film is progressing at a brisk pace, with the team recently filming a few action sequences in Rajahmundry. Anupama Parameswaran and Dimple Hayathi are playing the female leads in this period drama, and their looks from the film were unveiled earlier.

The story is set in a fictional village near the Telangana-Maharashtra border and takes place in the 1960s. Director Sampath Nandi is putting in his best efforts to present the film with all the essential elements, including action, emotions and a strong rural atmosphere.

The technical team includes Kishore Kumar as the cinematographer and Bheems Ceciroleo as the music director. According to the makers, the climax has been captured exceptionally well by the cinematographer and is expected to be a visual spectacle. The title Bhogi, which refers to a popular festival, is also expected to create curiosity among the audience.
