Allu Arjun collaborated with Asian Cinemas and built AAA Cinemas in Ameerpet, Hyderabad. Now, he has expanded his theatre chain to Visakhapatnam as well, with the actor inaugurating AAA Cinemas in the city on Sunday afternoon. The actor took a day off from the shooting of his upcoming film Raaka and travelled to Visakhapatnam for the launch of the new multiplex.
“I personally like Vizag city and I am very happy that I came to this city once again,” said Allu Arjun at the event. He added that the city has always been special to him. “From my first film Gangotri to now, I have visited many times for shootings, events and other functions. My association with Vizag continues, and I never imagined even in my dreams that there would be a big mall here. My dream has come true with these AAA Cinemas. I used to roam on the roads of Vizag in my earlier days and no one identified me at that time, but now I can’t walk like that,” said Allu Arjun about Visakhapatnam.
The actor said that mall culture is a part of everyone’s life. “A mall is a very nice and memorable place, and I wish this mall becomes a memorable one for all Vizag people. I am very proud that AAA Cinemas has been launched here,” said Allu Arjun. “AAA Cinemas in Vizag is a prestigious project for me, and we have also used the latest technology with special screens. This kind of technology is available only in this multiplex in Vizag and, I believe, in the entire country,” said Allu Arjun.
The actor wished that everyone would have a great time at the mall and multiplex. “It’s not just a theatre, it’s a memory, and I hope you all show your affection and love,” he said. He also said that he liked the screen name ‘Wild Fire’. “We have designed each screen specially, and I want you all to experience it. I hope you all like it,” said the actor.
The actor thanked his partners from Asian Cinemas, headed by Suniel Narang and his brother Bharath. “We both worked as partners and built AAA Cinemas in Hyderabad, which was a very successful property. This Vizag one is even more prestigious and also on a grand scale. I would like to collaborate with them more and more and want to build multiplexes throughout India,” said the actor.
He thanked the Andhra Pradesh Government and police department for the smooth conduct of the event. At the same time, the actor conveyed his best wishes to the AP Government for the new airport. “Recently, a new airport was launched here by our Prime Minister, and I wish this city becomes an international destination like Dubai,” said the actor.
When fans asked about his upcoming film Raaka, he said he had taken a day off from the shoot. “I asked my director to give me one day off from the shoot as I told him I wanted to come here (Vizag) for the launch of the theatre. At present, the shooting is going on in Mumbai,” he said.
