Malayalam actor Dev Mohan pairs up with Lavanya Tripathi Konidela in his second Telugu film Sathi Leelavathi

Lavanya Tripathi Konidela’s upcoming film Sathi Leelavathi is all set to hit the screens on May 8. Malayalam actor Dev Mohan, who made his Telugu debut with Shaakuntalam, plays the male lead opposite Lavanya. Renowned production house Anandi Art Creations is presenting the film.

Produced by Nagaa Mohan (MNMB) under the Durga Devi Pictures banner and directed by Tatineni Satya (of Bheemili Kabaddi Jattu and SMS fame), Sathi Leelavathi is gearing up for a grand release on May 8. The film has completed its censor formalities and has been awarded a clean U certificate. Release arrangements are currently in full swing.

Lavanya Tripathi Konidela and Dev Mohan play a married couple in the film. Sathi Leelavathi is a romantic relationship drama that revolves around the dynamics between husband and wife, with the story highlighting the wife’s dominant role in the relationship. The film is designed as a light-hearted entertainer, with conflicts unfolding in a fun and humorous manner.

“The bond and the conflicts between the couple are narrated in an emotional yet humorous way,” said producer Nagaa Mohan. He added that the film has been crafted as a feel-good entertainer that will appeal to all sections of the audience. “The two songs and the teaser released so far have received a good response. We are now kickstarting the promotional activities, and the trailer will be out soon," he said.
