A few days ago, the makers of Sudheer Babu starrer Jatadhara had announced November 7 as the release date for their film. On Thursday, beginning the promotions for their film, the team released the first single of their film.
Composed and voiced by Rajeev Raj, ‘Soul of Jatadhara’ is a rousing track that sets the tone for the supernatural film with hint of devotional powers. The track makes an impressive use of ‘manjeere’ to create a haunting feeling that captures the divinity of its story, further aided by the use of ‘Om Namah Shivaay’ chants.
The first teaser of Jatadhara was released a few weeks ago. Billed as a Telugu-Hindi bilingual, Jatadhara also stars Sonakshi Sinha, Shilpa Shirodkar and Divya Khossla in prominent roles. The ensemble cast includes Naveen Neni, Rohit Pathak, Jhansi, Rajeev Kanakala, Subhalekha Sudhakar, Indira Krishna, and Ravi Pakash.
Presented by Zee Studios and Prerna Arora, Jatadhara is produced by Umesh Kumar Bansal, Shivin Narang, Aruna Agarwal, Prerna Arora, Shilpa Singhal and Nikhil Nanda. Directed by Venkat Kalyan & Abhishek Jaiswal, Jatadhara promises to tell a classic story of good vs evil, of light vs darkness, of human will vs cosmic fate — all embellished with a strong element of black magic and the supernatural.
Sudheer Babu had two releases last year, with Harom Hara and Maa Nanna Superhero.
