Sai Dharam Tej has joined the chorus of whistles around OG, calling the freshly dropped trailer a “firestorm” and celebrating Pawan Kalyan’s screen presence. Sharing his thoughts on X, the actor wrote, “The BENGAL TIGER we were missing is back on the hunt. Thanks, Sujeeth , for fulfilling every Powerstar fan's desire - including mine. A brilliant and blood-soaked cut.”

He also praised Thaman’s pounding score and wrote, “Nanba Thaman , what a score that was... Firestorm!” and further added, “My hero, my GURU garu Pawan Kalyan mama is breathing fire in every frame. The swag and style are always unmatched. Consider me seated, ready to whistle and celebrate OG.”

Directed by Sujeeth, OG plunges viewers into Bombay of the 1980s, a city suffering under the rise of Omi Bhau (Emraan Hashmi). The gangster targets Satya Dada (Prakash Raj) including Sriya Reddy’s Geetha and her family, who becomecollateral damage.

Against this chaos arrives Ojas Gambheera, Pawan Kalyan in a long-awaited, feral avatar. From a serene Japanese exile with wife Kanmani (Priyanka Mohan) and their child, Gambheera storms back into the city promising violence with a Katana, rifles and the kind of swagger his fans grew up on.

The visuals, shot by Ravi K Chandran and Manoj Paramahamsa, look stunning. Alongside Kalyan and Hashmi, the ensemble includes Arjun Das, Shaam, Harish Uthaman and a host of familiar faces. Produced by DVV Entertainment, OG is slated for a worldwide release on September 25.
