The recently released Little Hearts, a light-hearted romcom directed by Sai Marthand, is steadily winning praise for its simple yet effective approach to comedy and has been making an impact at the box office. Among the voices celebrating the film are producer SS Karthikeya and producer Shobu Yarlagadda, both of whom took to social media to commend the film.

SS Karthikeya wrote, “Thoroughly enjoyed LittleHearts. A clean laugh riot in theatres. @marthandsai didn’t miss a chance to put a smile on our faces in every scene. @Mouli_Talks… such an original performance… nailed it with perfect timing. Big cheers to #AdityaHasan, @etvwin and the entire team for giving their best.” His comments highlighted the film’s consistently humorous tone and applauded Mouli Tanuj’s performance as especially noteworthy.

Shobu Yarlagadda also chimed in, calling Little Hearts “a sweet and fun romcom,” while extending congratulations to the entire team behind the project.

Little Hearts stars Mouli Tanuj and Shivani Nagaram in the lead roles. Mouli plays Akhil, a college underachiever constantly at odds with his father, portrayed by Rajeev Kanakala. Shivani plays his equally average counterpart, both of whom navigate their way through life’s small absurdities during their time at a training institute. The film is a slice-of-life narrative with plenty of quirky moments and light-hearted comedy, aiming to resonate with audiences who appreciate relatable characters and everyday humour.

The supporting cast of Little Hearts includes Rajeev Kanakala, SS Kanchi, Anita Chowdhary, and Satya Krishnan, while the technical crew features Surya Balaji on cinematography, Sridhar Sompalli handling editing, and Divya Pawan in charge of art direction. Produced by Aditya Hasan under ETV Win Originals and distributed by Bunny Vaas and Vamsi Nandipati, the film was released on September 5 alongside Anushka’s Ghaati.

The Cinema Express review of Little Hearts reads,”Mouli makes a sparkling film debut in the Sai Marthand directorial that embraces a kind of light-heartedness rarely seen in Telugu films.”
