Comedyphiles need to mark your calendars on Diwali! Mithra Mandali, the comedy caper starring Priyadarshi, has officially locked October 16 as its release date. Making the announcement, the makers dropped a colourful release date motion poster.

Directed by Vijayendar, Mithra Mandali is billed as a character-driven narrative focusing on four middle-class men who maintain strong friendships whilst navigating limited opportunities. The teaser promises that the film will blend humour with mystery elements, featuring multiple interconnected storylines involving various quirky characters.

Priyadarshi leads the pack alongside Rag Mayur, Vishnu Oi, and Prasad Behara as these bonded buddies, whilst Mithra Mandali also marks the Telugu debut of Niharika NM, who plays a feisty boxing aspirant. The supporting cast reads like a comedy lover's dream, Vennela Kishore as a mild-mannered police officer, VTV Ganesh as a thug-like political figure, and Satya in a role cheekily dubbed 'Important Character' by the makers themselves.

Mithra Mandali is being presented by Bunny Vas under his BV Works banner, with producers Kalyan Manthina, Bhanu Pratapa, and Dr Vijender Reddy Teegala backing the project through Sapta Aswa Media Works and Vyra Entertainments. The technical crew of Mithra Mandali has RR Dhruvan handling the music, Siddharth SJ behind the camera, and Kodati Peekay taking care of editing.
