A few days ahead of the release of their much-delayed film Mass Jathara, the makers have finally taken the promotional activities up by a notch. On Diwali, the team released the promo of their upcoming single, ‘Super Duper,’ also announcing the date for the full single.

Composed by Bheems Ceciroleo, ‘Super Duper’ promises to be a highly energetic dance number. By the brief promo, one can tell ‘Super Duper’ is aimed to be a self-parodical dig at the kind of item numbers most Teludu films make space for, songs that have no meaningful lyrics, memorable rhythm or a place in the narrative — and the lyrics by Suresh Gangula convey the same with a light-hearted, comical touch.

Bheems himself is the male playback singer, while Rohini Sorrat is the female vocalist. The song video features the leads Ravi Teja and Sreeleela at this quintessential energetic best. This will be the fifth single to be released by the makers.

Produced by Naga Vamsi S & Sai Soujanya Under Sithara Entertainments & Fortune Four Cinemas, Mass Jathara is the only big release slated for October 31. The film was earlier supposed to arrive in theatres in August, before it was postponed due to shoot delays that occured because of film workers’ strike.

The action entertainer is written & directed by Bhanu Bogavarapu, while Nandu Savirgama has been credired with dialogues. In the technical team, cinematography is by Vidhu Ayyanna, and editing by Navin Nooli. Sri Nagendra Tangala is the production designer.

Sreeleela was last seen in the Telugu-bilingual Junior, which released in July. Meanwhile, Ravi Teja’s previous release, Mr Bachchan, came more than a year ago.
