On Thursday, the makers of Anaganaga Oka Raju unveiled the first single of their film at a grand ceremony in Hyderabad. The song is titled ‘Bhimavaram Balma.’

Composed by Mickey J Meyer, ‘Bhimavaram Balma’ is a quintessential high on energetic beats and a local vibe. The playful lyrics by Academy Award winner Chandrabose offer a fun blend of Telugu and Hindi, staying true to the film’s light-hearted vibe. The music video choreographed by Sekhar VJ is equally fun and light-hearted, shot with a vibrant color palette and with Naveen Polishetty and Meenaakshi Chaudhary performing the massy dance steps with great abandon.

What also sets the song apart is Naveen Polishetty’s vocals, as the actor brings an upbeat energy to the composition, sharing playback credits with Sameera Bharadwaj. 

Directed by Maari, the film also marks Naveen Polishetty’s return after nearly a three-year gap, with his last release being Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty in 2023.

Produced by S Naga Vamsi, Anaganaga Oka Raju is slated for a theatrical release on January 14, 2026 on the occasion of Sankranthi. The comedy entertainer will face stiff competition during Sankranthi, going up against major releases such as Prabhas’ The Raja Saab and Chiranjeevi–Anil Ravipudi’s Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu.
