Makers of Naga Chaitanya starrer NC24 unveil special BTS video

Naga Chaitanya has teamed up with Virupaksha director Karthik Dandu for a fantasy adventure film with is a mythological touch

Naga Chaitanya is collaborating with Karthik Dandu of Virupaksha fame for his upcoming film, tentatively titled NC24. On Thursday, the makers dropped a BTS video on Thursday. 

The BTS video gives a glimpse into the lavish and ambitious shoot process of the film, which involves many high-octane action scenes. The BTS video also showcases how this grand set was built and features glimpses of Naga Chaitanya preparing for intense action sequences, promising a rich cinematic experience for the viewers. At the end of the video, a brief glimpse into Naga Chaitanya’s character arrives too.  

Art director Sri Nagendra Kumar Tangala has designed an elaborate period-drama-style set, involving hundreds of crew members. It appears that months of effort went into constructing this gigantic set, which is expected to be one of the film’s major highlights. The team also confirmed that the first look and title of NC24 will be unveiled on November 23, marking Naga Chaitanya’s birthday.

The film is being jointly produced by BVSN Prasad and Sukumar under the banners Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra LLP and Sukumar Writings. Sukumar is also credited with the screenplay. Meenakshi Chaudhary plays the female lead, while Laapataa Ladies actor Sparsh Shrivastava will be seen in a negative role. The makers had earlier revealed that this project is one of the highest-budget films in Naga Chaitanya’s career, with a massive set constructed exclusively for it. 

Billed as a mythological thriller with a touch of fantasy, the film features music by Ajaneesh Loknath, cinematography by Ragul Dharuman, and editing by Navin Nooli.
