The makers of Dacoit unveiled the much-anticipated “Fire Glimpse” on Monday, offering a first look at the Adivi Sesh and Mrunal Thakur starrer. The teaser opens with Sesh’s character saying, “Juliet, whatever happened to you is no small thing. Everybody betrayed you,” as Mrunal’s character is shown in tears, followed by intense visuals of Anurag Kashyap, who plays a fierce police officer. The glimpse ends with a striking shot of a train ramming into a prisoner van, setting the stage for Sesh’s escape.

Set against a backdrop of love, betrayal, and vengeance, Dacoit appears to be a romantic thriller filled with conflict and layered characters. The lead pair are introduced as estranged lovers navigating a violent and emotionally charged world.

With the reveal, the team announced that the film will be released on December 25, coinciding with Christmas. The teaser was shared with the caption: “An explosion of guns & roses, betrayal & trust and above all, love & loss.”

Dacoit, directed by debutant Shaneil Deo, is being produced by Supriya Yarlagadda, with Suniel Narang co-producing and Annapurna Studios presenting the project. Music for the film is composed by Bheems Ceciroleo, whose music stands out in the glimpse.

Dacoit has been simultaneously shot in Telugu and Hindi and is set for a pan-India release in five languages.
