Sangeeth Shobhan, who shot to limelight with his performance in the MAD franchise, is now gearing up for his next film release. The film titled Gamblers, will hit theatres on June 6. The makers made the release date announcement on Friday.
Directed by KSK Chaitanya, Gamblers is billed as a mystery entertainer. Chaitanya is also the co-screenplay writer for the film, sharing credits with Vijay Chitnedi. Prashanthi Charulingah is cast as the female lead. The ensemble cast of Gamblers includes Rocking Rakesh, Prudhvi Raj Bann, Sai Shwetha, Jasvika, Bharani Shankar, Siva Reddy, Srikanth Iyengar, Madhusudhan Rao, Chatrapathi Sekhar, and Surya Bhagawan Das.
Gamblers is produced by Sunitha and Rajkumar Brindavan under the banners of Reshmas Studios and Snao & Clap Entertainment. The producers said on the occasion, “In Gamblers, Sangeeth plays a role that is completely different from his previous ones. We are confident that Gamblers, with its new concept and thrilling narrative, will entertain all kinds of viewers.”
The technical crew includes Rajeev Nair as the production designer, Prem Sagar as the cinematographer and Shashank Mali as the editor. Shashank Thirupathi is the music composer, and Kittu Vissapragada has penned the lyrics. The action choreography is by Wing Chun Anji.
Sangeeth Shobhan also has Niharika Konidela's next production in pipeline, directed by Bench Life fame Manasa Sharma.
