Producer Dil Raju, who has been associated with several hit projects over two decades, is taking a significant step to benefit the film aspirants by launching a talent hunt company 'Dil Raju Dreams'. This initiative aims to provide opportunities for aspiring directors, writers, actors, technicians, and musicians to showcase their talent.

According to an official statement the initiative seeks to remove "traditional barriers" and create a "fair, recommendation-free platform". It is committed to "democratising opportunity and empowering new talents, shaping the future of Indian cinema." Aspirants are asked to make their submissions and pitch their ideas to dilrajudreams.com with an expert team sieving through the entries and Dil Raju will evaluate the short-listed entries. The official launch of 'Dil Raju Dreams' is expected to take place in June.

On the work front, Raju has already two big releases this year with Shankar-Ram Charan's Game Changer and Anil Ravipudi-Venkatesh's Sankranthiki Vasthunam. His upcoming venture Thammudu, directed by Sriram Venu, starring Nithiin, Saptami Gowda, Swasika Vijay, Saurabh Sachdeva, Varsha Bollamma and Laya, is set for a release on July 4.
