The director of Pawan Kalyan’s upcoming historical epic Hari Hara Veera Mallu: Part 1 - Sword Vs Spirit Jyothi Krishna took to his X page on Friday to heap praise on actor Bobby Deol, who is essaying the role of Aurangzeb in the film. “It was an absolute pleasure working with the talented Bobby Deol garu! His dedication, commitment, and brilliance have elevated Hari Hara Veera Mallu to new heights. His powerful performance has left me speechless. Get ready to witness greatness on the big screen!”

Hari Hara Veera Mallu: Part 1 - Sword Vs Spirit—got its release date recently, which is May 9. The second single, titled ‘Kollagottinadhiro’ was unveiled a month ago. The film has music composed by Academy Award winner MM Keeravani.

Reports suggest that Hari Hara Veera Mallu’s shoot is about to wrap up. Pawan Kalyan is essaying the role of a historical warrior outlaw who goes against the oppressive Nizam regime. This marks the first period outing for the actor. The epic historical film is storming screens on March 28, 2025.

The film’s direction is credited to both Krish Jagarlamudi and Jyothi Krisna, who is the son of the film’s producer, AM Rathnam. Hari Hara Veera Mallu’s cast includes Anupam Kher, Nidhhi Agerwal, and more. The film has Manoj Paramahamsa and Gnana Shekar VS handling cinematography, and Thota Tharani taking care of production design.
